HALIFAX — The Halifax Tides came within minutes of reaching the semifinals of the inaugural W Canadian Championship, but Ottawa Rapid FC completed a dramatic comeback with an extra-time winner to eliminate the hometown side 3-2 on Monday at Wanderers Grounds.
